The paper presents the results of experimental studies strength cross-shaped welded joints types К1-Кт and К3-Рр [1] thermomechanically hardened reinforcement class A500C [2] for hardening during welding main bar [3].
 Experimental included testing three series samples in initial state. first type to strengthen welding. Reinforcement Ø14A500С was accepted as (working) bar, Ø12A500С Ø8A240С were transverse bar. For each joints, 6 tested on lower upper limits carbon equivalent values grade steel Ст3пс, 0.245% 0.346%, respectively. second K3-Pp To directly compare test different diameter rods, number value same series. third cutting. taken a longitudinal Ø8A500С rod. 12 at values.
 As result strengthening welding, it established that destruction occurs along zone thermal exposure, amount up 4% compound, connection - 4... 10%.
 Failure with Ø12A500C Ø8A240C cut usually occurred or some cases, presence both rods from site. average sample 24 connections A240C 356.5 MPa, 0.89 temporary resistance state, coefficient variation 0.08 span 107.4 MPa. 541.1 0.80 – 0.152 280.0 MPa.
 fittings Ø12A500C, Ø14A500C, Ø16A500C ST3ps brand Ø18A500C, Ø20A500C, Ø22A500C Ст3пс brand. A total 278 tested. C1-Co rest nomenclature diameters grades A500C, namely St3ps, St3Gps Ø25A500C, Ø32A500C, Ø32A500C. diameters, state joints.
